A file will not upload to a form

Steps

1. 01Confirm the file is a normal business document or image.
2. 02Rename the file using simple letters, numbers, hyphens or underscores if the filename is unusual.
3. 03Try a smaller version if the file is extremely large.
4. 04Keep the browser open until the upload finishes.
5. 05If the same file repeatedly fails, create a support case and identify the file type and approximate size.
