Can Findability host an existing external website?
External websites need a compatibility assessment before Findability accepts hosting responsibility.
Steps
- 01Create a support case and choose Hosting & Domains.
- 02Provide the current website URL.
- 03Describe the platform if you know it.
- 04Do not move DNS or cancel the existing host yet.
- 05Wait for Findability to confirm whether the site can be supported and what migration is required.
Important checks
+ Do not point a live domain to Findability before compatibility and migration are confirmed.
