Can I switch templates after purchasing?
What to do if you chose the wrong template or want a different structure.
Steps
- 01Do not place a duplicate order immediately.
- 02Open My Findability and note the existing order reference.
- 03Create a support case and select Templates & Store.
- 04Explain which template was bought and which template you want instead.
- 05Findability will confirm whether the change can be made before production progresses.
Important checks
+ Changes are easier to assess before build work has started.
+ A different scope may require a revised quote if substantial work has already been completed.
