DNS changes are not taking effect

Check the common reasons a domain still shows pending.

Steps

  1. 01Confirm the DNS record name and value exactly match the instructions.
  2. 02Remove conflicting records for the same hostname if the instructions require it.
  3. 03Allow time for DNS caches to update.
  4. 04Use the domain check action again after propagation.
  5. 05If it remains pending, create a support case and include a screenshot of the DNS records.

+ Do not delete unrelated DNS records such as email records.
