SSL provides the HTTPS connection used by Findability-hosted sites.

Steps

  1. 01Findability configures SSL for hosted sites and connected domains.
  2. 02Open the published site using https://.
  3. 03If the browser reports a certificate problem, do not bypass the warning for normal customer use.
  4. 04Create a support case with the exact domain and screenshot.

Important checks

+ A newly connected domain may need DNS to be correct before SSL can be issued.
