Request a website change that is outside the Editor
Use support or the appropriate service when the protected structure needs changing.
Steps
- 01Identify the page and section.
- 02Describe the desired change and why it is needed.
- 03Take a screenshot if location is hard to describe.
- 04Create a support case and select Website Delivery.
- 05Findability will confirm whether the request is a support fix, Care task or separately quoted change.
