Reset a forgotten password
Use the existing password-reset path from the Findability checkout account flow.
Steps
- 01Open the My Findability sign-in page.
- 02Use the Forgot password link, which directs you to the checkout sign-in reset option.
- 03Enter the account email.
- 04Open the reset email.
- 05Create a new password and sign in again.
Important checks
+ Check Junk/Spam if the reset email is not in the Inbox.
