Score page is blank or keeps reloading

Troubleshoot a Score frontend problem.

Steps

  1. 01Close the affected Score tab.
  2. 02Open a fresh private/incognito tab.
  3. 03Load score.findability.co.za.
  4. 04Try the assessment once.
  5. 05If the page still fails, check the Support system status.
  6. 06Create a support case with browser/device information and a screenshot.

Important checks

+ Do not repeatedly refresh a crashing tab.

+ The Score frontend and Score API are separate services, so a screenshot of the exact failure helps support isolate the issue.
