The Editor opens but no website is listed

Check entitlement and delivery separately.

Steps

  1. 01Open My Findability and confirm Hosting + Editor is active.
  2. 02Check whether My Findability lists a published website.
  3. 03If Editor access exists but no website has been connected, wait for delivery or contact support.
  4. 04Do not create a duplicate hosting subscription.
