The form submission failed
What to do if the page reports an error instead of a successful submission.
Steps
- 01Do not repeatedly press Submit.
- 02Copy any error text or take a screenshot.
- 03Check that your internet connection is still active.
- 04Reload only after saving any text you may need to re-enter.
- 05Try once more in a current browser.
- 06If it fails again, create a support case and name the form.
Important checks
+ If files were large, mention which files were attached.
+ Do not email passwords or confidential credentials with the support case.
