View an order and its progress
Find the status of a purchased template or service.
Steps
- 01Sign in to My Findability.
- 02Scroll to Orders & progress.
- 03Match the purchase by business name, template and order date.
- 04Check Status to confirm whether payment is recorded.
- 05Check Progress for the current delivery stage.
Important checks
+ A paid order can still show not_started if onboarding has not been completed or delivery work has not begun.
+ If the order is missing entirely, confirm you signed in with the same email used at checkout.
