View and manage a hosting subscription
Check your recurring hosting plan, status and next billing information.
Steps
- 01Sign in to My Findability.
- 02Open Hosting & subscriptions.
- 03Find the relevant Basic Hosting or Hosting + Editor row.
- 04Select Manage to review the subscription and payment history.
- 05Use the cancellation flow only when you intend to stop recurring billing.
Important checks
+ Findability does not store card details in My Findability.
+ A cancellation must be confirmed with the payment provider before it is shown as cancelled.
