What happens after you buy a Findability template

The normal journey after a successful template purchase.

Steps

  1. 01Complete payment in the checkout.
  2. 02Wait for the Findability payment confirmation page and email.
  3. 03Open the onboarding form using the link provided after payment.
  4. 04Submit your business information, logo, content and required files.
  5. 05Track the order and progress in My Findability.
  6. 06Findability prepares and publishes the website when the required information is complete.

Important checks

+ If the confirmation email is missing, check Junk/Spam and then use the support article for missing payment emails.

+ If My Findability shows the order but progress has not started, confirm that the onboarding form was submitted.
