Steps
- 01Sign in at findability.co.za/account.
- 02Use Profile to confirm your account identity.
- 03Use Current services to see order, subscription and Editor-site counts.
- 04Use Orders & progress to follow purchased work.
- 05Use Hosting & subscriptions to manage recurring services.
- 06Use Websites to open published sites.
- 07Use Editor access when your plan includes the Editor.
- 08Use Support requests to see the status of cases linked to your account email.
Important checks
+ If a section is empty, it usually means no matching record is linked to the signed-in account yet.
