Why My Findability says no published website is connected
Understand the difference between having a hosting/editor plan and having a website already connected.
Steps
- 01Confirm that your order appears in Orders & progress.
- 02Confirm your onboarding information has been submitted.
- 03Check the Websites section for a published site.
- 04If the Editor is available but Websites is empty, your entitlement exists but no published website is connected yet.
- 05Wait for delivery or create a support case if the website should already be live.

+ Editor entitlement and website publication are separate states.
+ Do not purchase the same plan again just because no website is listed yet.
