Cancel a recurring hosting subscription
Use the My Findability cancellation flow so the payment provider is updated correctly.
Steps
- 01Sign in to My Findability.
- 02Open Hosting & subscriptions.
- 03Select Manage on the subscription.
- 04Choose the cancellation option.
- 05Review the impact and confirm.
- 06Wait for confirmation that PayFast cancellation succeeded.
Important checks
+ Findability does not mark the subscription cancelled unless payment-provider cancellation succeeds.
+ Hosting + Editor cancellation can also affect Editor entitlement.
