Check Findability system status

Use the public status page before creating a case for a widespread outage.

Steps

  1. 01Open support.findability.co.za/status.
  2. 02Check Main Website, FOUND Score, Score API, Forms, Editor, Checkout/My Findability and Support.
  3. 03If a service is marked degraded or unavailable, wait for the status to recover unless your issue is urgent.
  4. 04If all services are operational, use the relevant troubleshooting article.
