Payment confirmation email is missing
Find your payment confirmation or request help without repaying.
Steps
- 01Check the Inbox for the email used at checkout.
- 02Check Junk/Spam and any filtered folders.
- 03Search for Findability and the order reference.
- 04Open My Findability to confirm the order exists and is paid.
- 05If the order is paid but no email arrived, create a support case.
Important checks
+ Do not make a second payment only because an email is missing.
+ The order status in My Findability is the safer first check.
