Report a broken link or 404 page
Tell Findability exactly which link is broken.
Steps
- 01Copy the URL that shows the 404 or error.
- 02Note the page/button you clicked immediately before the error.
- 03Take a screenshot.
- 04Create a support case under Troubleshooting.
- 05Include whether the issue happens every time.
Important checks
+ Do not repeatedly complete checkout if the broken link appears after a purchase; report it first.
